Stranded 5 hours from home he made all the necessary arrangements to get us on our way with a rental. He called several times to make sure we got home ok. Once service was completed, he made all the arrangements to reunite us with our car by having it put in our driveway for us. We could not have broken down in any better place. Truly, the best service experience we have ever had.
